If you have a color printer but would prefer to print material in black, follow the instructions below (or adapt them for your particular browser and/or printer).  (You may also print the text portions of newly posted minutes or agendas in black by opening or downloading the rich text version of the document.  To do so, click on the link to the rich text file in whichever document you want to print.)
 

Enter Internet Explorer.
Click on File menu, then on Page Setup.
Click on the Printer button.
Select your printer, and then click on the Properties button.
Put a check in the Print in Grayscale box (or similar box if the information on your screen looks different).
Click OK.
Click OK again.
Click OK again.
Print as normal.

Both graphics and text will print in black.

Enter Netscape Navigator.
Click on File menu.
Click on Page Setup.
Put a check in the Black text box (or similar box if the information on your screen looks different).
Put a check in the Black lines box (or similar box if the information on your screen looks different).
Click OK.
Print as normal.

Text will print in black.  Color graphics will still be in color.
