Please write a brief summary of the report the Committee is submitting to the Senate:  At the October 23, 2002, meeting, the committee processed proposals (listed in the Appendix below) which had objections that have now been resolved.  At this time these proposals are being reported for informational purposes only. See Appendix APRC I, below.  In addition, the committee approved revisions to the two following UPD forms: (1) Academic Programs Proposal Cover Sheet Degree/Certificate Programs and (2) Proposal Form for Academic Minors.  These forms are now available for downloading from the programs/curriculum portion of the Academic Senate web site at <http://www.ysu.edu/acad-senate/curriculum_forms.htm> (one can type directly into the Word version of the forms).  Ray Shaffer agreed to serve as chairperson of the committee for the 2002–2003 academic year.
