The departments of Teacher Education; Counseling and Special Education; and Educational Foundations, Research, Technology and Leadership are all housed in Beeghly Hall.
In addition to study areas and an open computer lab available on the first floor, students also have access to the following facilities and technology:
- Special Education Simulations Lab. Students can experience a simulation of what life is like with a disability. The lab contains eight in-lab simulations focused on impairments in hearing, visual, orthopedic, cognitive, speech and other specific learning areas. In addition, computer-based simulations and activities are available.
- Wilcox Curriculum Resource Center. Find a children's library, text books, different media and other tools that can be used throughout coursework, research and projects.
- McKay Auditorium seats 400 and is a multi-purpose and multi-media auditorium.
