FAMILY: Husband (Michael Sterling '88), 2 Daughters (Francesca Marie McClendon-Chiodo '04, Kaitlin Grace), 1 Son  (Michael Sterling II). I have a dog; Roxie.

HOBBIES/INTERESTS: Volunteer Latino radio DJ, Radio commentator for Life on Life's Terms radio show. Serve on the Mahoning County TASC board as secretary. A member of Latinas United Networking Association Inc. (L.U.N.A.) and Educators and Community Helping Hispanics Onward Inc.

WHAT PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME: I am currently working on my MBA and that I have been married for twenty seven years and have three children.

FAVORITE FOOD/ MOVIE/ BOOK: I enjoy mostly Italian, Puerto Rican and Mexican cuisine. The Shawshank Redemption, it is a great movie. I read mostly motivational books.
