The CISP is now located on the first floor of Jones Hall

The International Advisory Council (IAC) was formed in 2007 to provide faculty support for the the work of the Center for International Studies and Programs
(CISP), and, more generally, to fully enhance the international character of the University.

The objectives of the IAC are to assist and advise the CISP staff in achieving its primary objectives, including increasing the international student enrolment at YSU through recruitment and retention of qualified international students, providing a range of services that support international students and faculty, and increasing the number of YSU students who engage in an international experience through study-abroad programs. In addition, the IAC aims to provide resources for the internationalization of the YSU curriclum. The IAC makes recommendations directly to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
