At both Christman Dining Commons and KC Food Court we use Xpressnap Table Top Dispensers with their trademark brown recycled material napkins. In addition to being eco-friendly, clean and sanitary, these dispensers allow us to communicate messages of sustainability along with information about exciting new offerings.
Apex Warewashing Systems are the standard at Christman Dining Commons. This partnership with Ecolab is designed to decrease costs and environmental impact through optimized efficiency. This automated system tracks the rack-to-guest ratio, graphs the operational efficiency trends over the last six service calls, estimates the monthly total expense in the warewashing process, lists savings generated from maintenance and repair services performed by the Ecolab service associates and itemizes recommendations and their potential impact to further lower total costs.
In addition, the Apex system further supports sustainability initiatives with non-caustic chemistry and 95 percent less packaging material. Apex products come in a compact solid form that significantly reduces transportation shipments compared to bulkier liquid detergents.
