Youngstown State University's Affirmative Action Plan is an executive-level
directive from the President to the University community. The following
statements represent the University's policies on affirmative action
and equal opportunity. All faculty, administrators, staff and external
contractors are expected to support and comply with the requirements
of this document.
Youngstown State University's administration is committed

it is the policy of the University to provide equal opportunities for

The Director of Equal Opportunity & Diversity is responsible
for the implementation of YSUs Affirmative Action Program. Department
heads and employees who hold supervisory positions are also responsible
for making YSUs Affirmative Action Program a reality.
