Instructions for Checking ROAD Submissions

  1. Log into Banner
  2. Click on Banner Self Service
  3. Click on the tab labeled Faculty Services
  4. At the bottom of the Faculty and Advisors page, click on Writing Repository Submissions
  5. Select the current term
  6. Choose a class
  7. The screen will display a list of the students who have and have not submitted writing samples
  8. Click on the button labeled Send Email to send a reminder to students who have not uploaded a document; the text of the message will be displayed on the screen
