The Leslie H. Cochran University Scholars Program and the University Honors Program at Youngstown State University is dedicated to helping students maximize their potential as they go through the process of completing the undergraduate academic program. These programs represent the best our university has to offer as faculty and students work together to achieve the students’ academic goals. Our office is here to facilitate and advance that process.
