One day Ali came home from school and went straight up stairs to see her friend, Little Genie. Ali was talking to Little Genie when she made a wish just as Little Genie's wish watch started to work. Ali is only allowed to make wishes when the watch starts to work. Unfortunately, Ali wished for the touch of pink, and she got it. Everything she touched turned bright pink, and she had to go to her friend Mary's house. Mary had lost a bet to her brother Daniel. Mary had to wash the soccer team's uniforms! She asked Ali to help, and Ali helped turn everything pink! The soccer team did not ant to play but they did anyway. I thought the book was very good and I thought it would be a good book to read to a younger sibling. I would recommend the book for elementary school students and some middle school students.
