Scope and Content Note

At present, the collection is small; however, as related materials come to light, it is expected that it will grow. Included are the following:

• Cochran's philosophy of labor relations, through his publication, Continuous Improvement Bargaining (1993)
• Cochran's annual holiday greetings to the Y S U Staff (1994 - 1999)
• The publication, YSU 2000: A Vision for a Premier Metropolitan University, which describes Cochran's view to the future at Y S U (1994).
