Overview:

Meshel Hall, dedicated January 1986, houses expanded facilities for academic and administrative computer use that broaden Youngstown State University's educational programs. The state-of-the-art center is for instruction, research and application in advanced computer technology that serves the entire University community.
The four-story steel, concrete, stone and glass structure contains 90,100 square feet of space and is located to the west of the Wick Avenue Parking Deck with its main access and entry by the pedestrian walkway over Wick Avenue. The building contains 5 classrooms, 10 specialized computerized laboratories, and 27 faculty offices. The Office of Student Accounts and University Receivables, the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, the Enrollment Center, and the Testing Office are located on the second floor. The Department of Computer and Information Systems is located on the third floor. The fourth floor houses the University's main computer facilities and Computer Center staff.
