Last set of WCBA real estate classes start March 16

Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration announces the last set of Real Estate Licensure classes to be held on campus starting March 16.

Successful completion of four courses – Real Estate Law, Real Estate Principles and Practices, Real Estate Finance, and Real Estate Appraisal – is required to sit for the Ohio licensure examination. All classes are offered from 5:30 – 9:30 p.m. in Williamson Hall at 221 N. Hazel Street on the YSU campus.

Early registration is encouraged to ensure a place in the course(s) of choice. Deadline to register for March Real Estate Classes is Monday, March 16, 2020.
