Wednesday, Sept. 23, 1 to 4 p.m. The YSU Williamson College of Business Administration hosts the semi-annual WCBA Meet the Employers Day in the atrium of Williamson Hall on the YSU campus. Wednesday, Sept. 23, 7 p.m. “Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials Associated with Unconventional Drilling for Shale Gas,” a lecture by Andrew Nelson, candidate Presidential Graduate Research Fellow Human Toxicology, University of Iowa, will be presented in Cushwa Hall Room B100. The free lecture is part of the Speaker Series on Energy and the Environment. Thursday, Sept. 24. The YSU Board of Trustees meets on the following schedule in the Trustees Meeting Room on the first floor of Tod Hall: 2:30 p.m., Academic Quality and Student Success Committee; 2:40 p.m., Finance and Facilities Committee; 3 p.m., quarterly regular meeting of the Board of Trustees. Thursday, Sept. 24, 5 to 7 p.m. The Youngstown Historical Center of Industry and Labor hosts a free screening of the film, La Mia Strada (My Road). The screening will be accompanied by a discussion by the film’s producer/director, Michael DiLauro. The Youngstown Historical Center of Industry and Labor is located at 151 W.
