Youngstown likes to
celebrate with fireworks, and the Fourth of July penguin
honors this tradition. This penguin conveys a celebratory mood by
standing atop a white base adorned with red and blue bunting. The
base represents the decorated stage of a community Fourth of July
celebration in daylight, with the top of the base representing the
sky turning to dusk. By the time you reach the top of the penguins
body, it is pitch-black darkness. In this darkness, the vibrant,
colorful fireworks are bursting in air! |
