“This design will be heavily based on my interpretation of the Great Seal of Ohio. There will be sheaves of newly harvested wheat in a golden field that stretches to a horizon of purple hills and a dramatic, colorful sunrise. The back of the penguin will be similar, with a soaring, scarlet cardinal against the sky. One of my favorite styles of art is Impressionism and my design will be done in an impressionistic style, using rich, heavy paint application. I will use artist grade oil or acrylic paint.” |
