The following are selected, recently discussed policies, guidelines, etc. They do not constitute a complete list of Academic Division and University policies. See the YSU Guidebook (frequently called the "red book") , online YSU Guidebook Policy Updates, the respective bargaining unit agreements, the Student Code*, the Undergraduate and Graduate Bulletins, and the Academic Senate web site for additional policies and guidelines.

Initial Instructions to Departments and Colleges Summer 06:

    Please download and read all four documents below before     beginning your review. The first document is a cover letter
    from Provost. Herbert. The next two documents are
    companion documents that place program review and
    departmental planning in the context of academic strategic
    planning at the department, college, and divisional levels.
    Departments will submit two items: a departmental
    program review and a department plan. Colleges will
    submit a college plan. Deadlines for submitting
    the program reviews and department and college plans
    are listed in Document 3:
