The fitness programs offered by the Department of Campus Recreation and Student Programming provide a wide variety of services for all interests and levels of ASRWC users. Our fitness area includes a state-of-the-art, full line of Precor cardiovascular and strength equipment providing students and members with a comprehensive fitness facility. Various types of group exercise classes and specialty workshops are also available for participants of all fitness levels.
