Personal training offers you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer to develop a fitness program specifically designed to fit your needs and interests. You will learn how to use the different weight training and cardiovascular equipment, receive personalized instruction on exercise technique, and have a program designed specifically to meet your goals.
Our focus is on education so you are able to continue your exercise program independently and enjoy the lifelong benefits of regular physical activity. Fitness assessments must be completed prior to meeting with a personal trainer. Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Partner/Small Group Personal Training
Interested in training with a partner or a small group of friends? Our personal training program now offers the opportunity to train with up to 3 other people at the same time. You will learn how to use the different weight training and cardiovascular equipment, receive instruction on exercise form and technique, and have a certified professional lead your training sessions. Fitness assessments must be completed by all participants prior to meeting with a personal trainer. Sessions are scheduled by appointment only. Please call 330-941-2207 for more information.
