The YSU Lacrosse Team has provided students at Youngstown State a way to play competitive lacrosse at the collegiate level since 2000. YSU belongs to the NCLL Midwest North Conference and has enjoyed some recent success. In the 2009 Spring Season, the team went 9-3 and was awarded a playoff game against national semifinalist Cincinnati. The team and its members look for future successes both on and off the field by working hard to win and by giving back to Youngstown State and the Youngstown community through charity and volunteerism.
