Student Organization Annual Report


We are interested in hearing about your student organization members, their accomplishments, programs and special events from the 2010‐2011 academic year. Please complete the following Youngstown State University Student Organization Annual Report and submit by Friday, March 18, 2011/ 5:00pm.

This information will be used to highlight your organization at the Annual Student Awards Banquet as well as document the success of its members. All organizations that complete this report will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 credit with Sodexo; University Dining Services for an end of the year social. Two student organizations will be awarded a gift credit.
