Below, please find a form for your organization as you nominate a candidate(s) for this year’s Homecoming King and Queen.

This year’s Homecoming game will take place on Sat., October 31st when our Penguins play host to Missouri Valley Football Conference foe South Dakota State University at Stambaugh Stadium.  Kick-off is slated for 4:00 p.m.
         
Please read the criteria for nomination at the bottom of the form and if you have any questions please feel free to call me at (330)-941-3580, or stop by the Campus Recreation & Student Programming Office, located in Kilcawley Center, Room #2100.
         
Please keep in mind that an organization can nominate both a King and Queen candidate, however, this office will accept no more than one nomination in each category by an organization.
         
DEADLINE for all applications is Friday, August 7, 2009 by 5:00 p.m.  All entries should be delivered to me in the Campus Recreation & Student Programming Office.
         
ABSOLUTELY “NO” APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE!
