Office Space Application 2009-2010
Please note that all applications are due in the Campus Recreation & Student Programming Office (Kilcawley Center/Room #2100) by Friday, April 3, 2009 by 3:00 p.m. When your application is turned in, you will then be asked to choose an interview time as you appear before the selection committee.
Interviews will take place on Thursday, April 9, 2009 between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. in Kilcawley Center.
A space assignment committee will consider all applications. The committee will be concerned with but not limited to the following criteria in assigning office space: (1) needs of the organization, (2) number of hours of use per week, (3) size of membership and (4) organization’s past use of space.
By the end of April, organizations will be notified if they were or were not selected. At that time, those selected will receive their room assignment and instructions pertaining to room, desk and file keys.
Each office is supplied with standard office furniture (desk, chair, filing cabinet), a campus-only telephone, a computer and a printer. Offices are located on the lower level of Kilcawley Center.
