ORGANIZATIONAL FAIR REGISTRATION FORM

With the final week of the spring semester soon to be a fading memory, here’s wishing everyone a most enjoyable break and great summer vacation!  It will be no time before fall classes are back in session and we, in the Campus Recreation and Student Programming Office, must prepare for several events during the summer months.

Our 16th Annual Student Leadership Summit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 21st so look in your organization mailboxes and check your e-mails for the necessary registration & sign-up forms.

*-Also, note that our Fall Organizational Fair this year is scheduled for Thursday, August 23rd in the Kilcawley Center, Campus Core Overhang (Lower Arcade, if rain).  A total of 25 tables (45, if no rain) will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.  In conjunction with our “Welcome Week” festivities, the FAIR will run from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
       
Please read the attached informational flyer and register today as we secure your space that day.  The Campus Recreation & Student Programming Office is pleased to offer you this opportunity to showcase and generate interest in your organization.  Remember, however, that the deadline to secure space is Friday, August 17th at 5:00 p.m.
