If your organization changes officers before the scheduled reregistration period organizations must inform the Student Activities by:
(Both of the following items MUST be completed to properly update your organization’s information)

1. Fill out a Changing of the Guard Form (PDF) and turn it in to the Student Activities Office
2. Update your information online by submitting the Student Organizations Update Form
