Facility Usage
The Beeghly Center is shared by the Department of Human Performance and Exercise Science, the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, Campus Recreation, Intramural Sports, and Special Events.
Beeghly Physical Education Center
With 197,000 square feet of floor space, Beeghly Center is one of the largest buildings on campus. Among the building's many striking features are a 6,582 seat basketball/volleyball arena, an Olympic-size swimming and diving complex, two activity decks, an auxiliary gym, weapons range, dance studio, a human performance and exercise science research laboratory, a 2,400 square foot fitness center, and seventeen classrooms.

Participants must have a valid YSU ID card to use the facilities, equipment, services, and programs offered by the Department of Campus Recreation.
