Elyse Gessler called the meeting to order at 4:01

Mr. Vrabel took role.

Ms. Gessler approved the minutes from last meeting

Ms. Gessler moved to Executive business

-          Game of Hope volunteerism

-          SGA Leadership Retreat coming up in Feb

-          SGA Petition for Representation Forms

-          Feb 5^th SGA sponsoring Peace Walk along with Diversity

Ms. Gessler gave the President’s Report

Mr. McIntyre gave the Vice President’s report

-          First Year Experience  Committee members of Exec Board participating

Mr. Okular gave the Vice President of Financial Affairs

-          Total Appropriated Balance $17,000 leaving us with $16,000

Ms. Benchwick gave the chair report for Student Life Committee report

-          Leadership retreat Feb 3 (5:30 – 9:00) Bob Hagen will be speaking  at the Teambuilding Event (Stadium Club)

Ms. Benchwick concluded her Report

Ms. Pavlichich gave the chair report for Academic Affairs Committee

Ms. Pavlichich concluded her report

Mr. White gave the Chair report for University Affairs Committee

Mr. White concluded his report.

Ms. Carney gave the Chair report for Financial Appropriations Committee

Ms. Gessler moved to Unfinished Business

-          Dr. Karen Becker introduced and Approved as a 3^rd Advisor to Student Government Association
