the plate and 16 as the designated hitter ... recorded 13 multi-hit
games and eight multi-RBI games ... was a clutch hitter all season,
hitting .450 with runners in scoring position and collecting 18
two-out RBIs ... led the team in home runs (6), triples (2) and
sacrifice flies (5) ... ranked second in slugging percentage (.500) and
third in total bases (75) and RBIs (33) ... hit .467 (28-for-60) with
13 runs scored and 14 RBIs over an 18-game span from April 16 to May
18 ... had a nine-game hitting streak from April 16 to May 7 over which
he hit .429 with six runs scored ... posted a career-high six RBIs
against IPFW as he hit a grand slam and a two-run homer (4/3) ... hit
a three-run home run earlier in the week against Duquesne
(3/29) ... also homered against Kent State (5/8) as part of a 2-for-3
