Football: Crummey, Greene Earn Walter Camp
Honors
New Haven, Conn. -- Senior offensive tackle Pat
Crummey and senior defensive back
LeVar Greene were named to the 2001
Walter Camp I-AA All-America team
which was released recently.
Crummey was also named a first-team All-American by the
American Football Coaches
Association, The Associated Press
and The Sports Network and an
Honorable-Mention All-American by
the Football Gazette. Greene was a
first-team pick by the Sports
Network and Football Gazette and a
second-team Associated Press
selection. The Penguins were one of
eight teams to have two or more
players selected to the All-America
team. |
