Mays Named Second-Team All-American
Youngstown -- YSU senior tailback P.J. Mays was named
a second-team All-American by The
Associated Press and The Sports
Network, both services announced
this week. Mays is one of 11 players
from the Gateway Football Conference
to earn All-America honors from the
AP and is one of 15 Gateway players
to be tabbed to the Sports Network's
squad.
Mays, a first-team all-conference selection the past two
seasons, finished his career as the
conference's all-time career
touchdown leader in just three
