Football: Penguins Establish Four Strength Records
    Youngstown -- As the Youngstown State football team wrapped up pre-Spring strength and conditioning workouts, four Penguins Strength records fell during the March 3-6 testing period. Senior center Nick Roberts and senior tailbacks Josiah Doby and Mike Burns combined to break the marks.
    Nick Roberts set the offensive line record of 655 pounds in the parallel squat, eclipsing the previous mark of 650 pounds set by Todd Kollar.
    Doby broke two position strength records bettering the marks in the parallel squat and the incline press. Doby's squat of 545 pounds broke the position record of 540 pounds held by Tamron Smith. Doby also set the incline press mark with a lift of 345 besting the record of 335 held by Adrian Brown.
    Burns broke the running backs position record in the power clean with a lift of 295 pounds. The previous mark was held by Adrian Brown, who had a lift of 290 pounds.
