High School: Played safety and tight end at Benedictine...was a member of the 2003 Division III State Championship team as a senior...Benedictine finished 14-1 overall and beat Kenton 12-0 in the state title game...in 2002 team lost to Columbus Bishop Watterson in the state title game...team finished 12-3 his junior year...team won regional championship his junior and senior years...coach was Art Bortnick...also played baseball.
