A native of Waynesburg, Ohio, and a 2007 graduate of Sandy Valley High School, Kyle Rivera is a member of the football program as a video assistant. Rivera helps video coordinator Eugene Crobsy in the day-to-day operations of the Penguins' video unit. He helps film and break down practice and game video. He also assists Crosby in creating the weekly highlight videos for the team.
    A junior at YSU, he majors in Telecommunications. He is part of the Icebreakers as a Tour Guide for YSU Admissions. During the offseason, Rivera works for Homework Express, an award-winning on-campus produced television education show. He has also served as an intern with the Mahoning Valley Thunder of the Arena2 Football League.
