A native of Waynesburg, Ohio, Kyle Rivera is a member of the program as a video assistant. Rivera helps video coordinator Shawn Coin in the day-to-day operations of the Penguins' video unit. He helps break down practice and game video and creates the weekly highlight video.
    A sophomore, Rivera comes to YSU after playing football and competing in track and field at Sandy Valley High School. Rivera played wide receiver on the football squad while running relays and sprint events for the track program.
    While at Sandy Valley he learned video editing and participated in the statewide competition for video team production in BPA.
    Rivera is majoring in Telecommunications at Youngstown State.
