2006-07: Competed in 25 rounds and nine tournaments, including the final seven of the year...averaged 80.1 strokes per round...at the Horizon League Championships finished 27th with a three-round score of 240...had rounds of 79, 83 and 78 during the event...finished 59th at the Penn State Rutherford Intercollegiate with a 249 (80-84-85)...was 46th at the First Energy Intercollegiate with a 229 (74-72-83)...placed 16th at the Dayton Spring Invitational with a 237...had rounds of 74, 80 and 83 during the event...placed 39th at the Wiscon Corporation Invitational with a 236 (71-77-88)...his first-round 71 was his lowest score for the year...placed 72nd at the Eastern Kentucky Spring Invitational with a 233 (76-75-82)...was 49th at the Fort Lauderdale Spring Classic with a 161 (84-77)...finished 30th at the Poplar Hill/Longwood Intercollegiate with a 244 (78-79-87)...was 51st at the season-opening Cleveland State Invitational with a 174 (92-82)...earned his third letter.

2004-05:
Competed in 25 rounds, averaging 77.8 strokes for 18 holes...at the Horizon League Championships placed 29th with a 238...carded rounds of 78-80-80 during the event...at the Dayton Spring Invitational finished 45th with a 250 (86-80-84)...posted a second-place finish at the Cleveland State Spring Invitational with a three-round score of 230 (79-79-72)...at the Eastern Kentucky Spring Invite had a 79 in the rain-shortened event...finished 27th at the Fort Lauderdale Spring Classic with a 162 (80-82)...competed in all five fall events...at the Greg Palmer Classic was 41st with a 231 (73-78-80)...placed fifth at the St. Bonaventure Keenan Invitational with a 147 (78-69)...his 69 was his lowest round of the year...at the Rehoboth Beach Invitational was 15th with a 154 (82-72)...at the Butler Fall Invitational was 40th with a 228 (78-77-73)...placed 43rd at the BGSU John Piper Invitational with a 227 (75-77-75)...earned his second letter.


Summer 20
04: Beal participated in the 2004 U.S. Amateur Championship in the summer of 2004...had rounds of 82 and 80 for a 162 at the Winged Foot Golf Club in Mamaroneck, N.Y....earned the right to compete in the U.S. Amateur by winning the U.S. Amateur Sectional Qualifier at the Lake Forest Country Club and Fox Den Golf Course on June 27.


2003-04:
Competed in 23 rounds, averaging 79.6 strokes per 18 holes...placed 21st at the Horizon League Championship with a three-round score of 234 (79-75-80)...team's second-best finisher at the league meet...shot a three-round 246 (82-84-80) at the Wright State Bullock Collegiate Classic...at the Cleveland State Invitational shot a 173 (87-86)...at the EKU Spring Invitational shot a 237 (81-78-78)...placed 51st at the BGSU John Piper Intercollegiate with a 236...carded rounds of 80, 83 and 73 in the event...had a round of 80 at the Butler Fall Invitational...at the EKU Colonel Classic placed 47th with a 154 (77-77)...finished with a 238 (75-83-80) at the Earl Yestingmeier Invitational...placed 16th at the EIU Ironhorse Intercollegiate with a 232 (75-76-81)...low round was a 73 at the BGSU John Piper Intercollegiate...earned his first letter.

: Competed for four years at Walsh Jesuit...was the team's No. 1 golfer...had 14 top-ten tournament finishes during his senior year...had a 74.3 scoring average as a senior...was a three-time Akron Beacon Journal All-Star...was an All-Catholic selection three times...coach was Gary Howeison...also played basketball and volleyball.
