13th at BGSU John Piper Invitational

Ohio -- Sophomore Ryan Stocke
finished in 26th place with a
two-round score of 153 as the
Youngstown State men's golf team
finished 13th at the Bowling Green
John Piper Invitational which
concluded on Tuesday at the Stone
Ridge Golf Course.
The three-round event was shortened
to 36 holes after the second round
was cancelled on Monday because of
bad weather.
YSU had a two-round team total of
625 finishing with rounds of 316 and
309. Eastern Kentucky won the
14-team event with a 575 while
Campbell placed second with a 589.
Freshman Eric Augustus finished 33rd
with a two-round 155 (79-76),
freshman Jon Hamarik was 55th with a
160 (81-79) and Jim Powers (86-76)
and Ryan McGraw (81-81) each carded
182's to finish tied for 62nd.
