Men’s Golf: Penguins Earn Dual Match Win Over Cleveland State

Utah --
The
Youngstown State men's golf team
earned a three-stroke dual victory
over Cleveland State at the
beautiful Ledges Golf Club on
Tuesday afternoon.
YSU finished with a score of 300
while the Vikings shot a 303. Each
school counted its top four places
among the team score.
Leading the way for the Penguins was senior Ross Beal who
carded a 73. Sophomore Tim Morrow
shot a 74, sophomore Jon Hamarik
carded a 76, freshman Spenser
Sulzener had a 77 and junior Ryan
Stocke finished with an 84.
The Penguins, who are on Spring
Break this week, return to
tournament action on March 21-22
participating at the George
Washington Invitational in Bethany
Beach, Del.
