Men’s Golf: Stocke Ties For Ninth At Rain Shortened Hoosier Invitational

    Bloomington, Ind. – Youngstown State junior men’s golfer Ryan Stocke tied for ninth place after his two-round total of 146 to lead the Penguins at the Adidas Hoosier Invitational which concluded early on Sunday due to rain.
   
As a team, YSU finished 16th out of 18 teams with a score of 613 (300-313) completing two rounds on Saturday. Stocke shot two rounds of 73, while sophomore Tim Morrow shot a 153 (78-75) which tied him for 54th.
    Also competing for the Penguins were senior Ross Beal and sophomore Jon Hamarik who tied for 70th both carding a 157 (81-76), as well as freshman Michael Turner who placed 79th with a two round total of 161 (81-80).
    Next up for the Penguins is the Notre Dame Spring Invitational on April 5.
