Penguins Fall to Eagles, 4-0

American's Anabel Jimenez led the
Eagles with two goals and one assist
en route to beating the Youngstown
State soccer team, 4-0 on Wednesday
afternoon at Reeves Field.
The Eagles first got on the scoreboard when Marcela Ricupero
connected with the net at 21:57.
Jana Lee scored the Eagles second
goal of the game right before the
half at 44:34. Jimenez
finished up the scoring for the
Eagles at 56:46 and 86:35.
The Eagles outshot the Penguins 46-5 and outcornered YSU
13-1. Junior keeper Mia
Railing recorded 11 saves for YSU.
With the loss the Penguins fall to 1-11 on the season, the
Eagles improve to 4-5-1.
The Penguins return to action Friday, Oct. 17, when they
travel to Toledo for late afternoon
match at 4 p.m.
