Junior Penguins Academy
June 16-20
Stambaugh Stadium
Co-ed Camp
Ages 6-14
9 a.m. to Noon
Fee: $110
The
camp will focus on age-appropriate training and fun games as well as
the development of the technical skills. The campers will be
divided by age groups for each training session. The Penguin soccer
staff and current players will be at all sessions. Each camper will
also be provided with a t-shirt and ball.
Overnight and Daily
Commuter Camp
July 23-27
Stambaugh Stadium
Fee: $350 for residents and $275 for commuters
This
camp is designed to give students an idea of what college soccer is
all about. There will also be specialized goalkeeping training
sessions each day. All sessions will be instructed by the YSU
Women's Soccer staff as well as other college coaches. The residents
will stay in air-conditioned resident halls and will be able to bond
with current and former players.
There will be
limited enrollment to this camp to ensure quality coaching and
evaluation. Camp check in will begin July 23 at 3 p.m. Each camper
will receive two t-shirts and a ball.
