Leveto Wins Twice at Clarion Diving Dual

Youngstown State senior Kalyn Leveto
won both diving events as the
Penguins competed at the Clarion
Diving Dual on Sunday afternoon.
Leveto was dominant at the meet, winning the 1-meter event
with a six-dive score of 295.55 and
the 3-meter board with an 11-dive
tally of 457.05. Her closest
competitor was Clarion's Jamie Wolf,
the 2004 Division II National
Champion, who finished with a 259.45
and 440.50.
Erin Mazzant finished sixth in both events, turning in a
212.55 in the 1-meter and a 330.95
in the 3-meter. Lynea Harrill placed
eighth in each with a 1-meter score
of 195.95 and a 271.55 in the
3-meter.
Youngstown State will play host to Cleveland State on Friday
at 5 p.m. in the Beeghly Natatorium. |
