2007-08 (Freshman): Broke into the top 10 performers list for the 200 butterfly, ranking 10th in school history. She Achieved personal-best times at the Crimson Hawk Invitational in the 50 free, posting a time of 26.76 and the 100 fly, posting a time of 1:04.03. Cook emerged as the team's number three fly swimmer in the 100 and 200.

High School: Four-year letter winner and one-time captain ... set school records in the 100 butterfly and 100 backstroke ... honored as all-region, all-conference and all-state ... during her career, swimming team has one-time regional champions ... also participated on the soccer team who were three-time conference champions and two-time regional champions ... earned second place in the West Virginia University High School Journalism Competition.
