Women's Tennis Sweeps Dayton, 7-0

 Dayton, Ohio-- The Youngstown State women's tennis team won all the singles matches and two of the three doubles matches in the 7-0 win over the University of Dayton on Sunday morning.Gina Peretti, Michelle Fuleky and Emily Thayer each won their  matches in the third set tie-breakers.
    Peretti's win came over Kate Mellion in the No. 1 spot. Fulkey picked up her 6-2, 2-6,10-6 at No. 2 singles while No. 3 Thayer beat Nicole Duzbay 5-7, 7-5, 10-7.

   In  other singles action, Tanisha Welch beat Megan Gray 6-2, 6-1. Nicole Haralambopoulos defeated Erin Wilkie 6-1, 6-4
and No. 6 Kelly Culbertson downed Mackenzie Hoops, 6-1, 6-1.

    Peretti and Haralambopoulos also won at No. 2 doubles 8-4. Welch and Culbertson picked up their third straight win at No. 3 doubles over Gray and Maggie Ernst 9-7.   

    The women's tennis team will return home to face Robert Morris on Wednesday at Noon.
