Tennis: Diego Cerzosimo Named Horizon
League Athlete of the Week
Youngstown -- Sophomore
Diego Cerzosimo,of Campanos, Brazil,
was named Horizon League athlete of
the week for this performances on
the spring break trip.
Cerzosimo played at No. 2 singles
for the first time on Monday night
against Colby-Sawyer College with
excellent results picking up the
6-1, 7-6 (1) victory. Cerzosimo also
won his singles match from Sunday
against Wesleyan 6-4, 6-3. Cerzosimo
joined teammate Brian Meek to win
three of his doubles matches on the
trip as well.
