Men's Tennis Finishes Sixth in Horizon League Championships

    Indianapolis, Ind. -- The men's tennis team wrapped up the spring season by finishing 6th place in the Horizon League Championships after falling to Valpo, 4-0. For the second straight year, Cleveland State won the title of first place in the league.

    Rob Emig and Steve D'Angelo won at No. 2 doubles 8-4, but had to default  the No. 1 spot. The Crusaders also won 8-6 in the No. 2 spot to pick up the doubles point.

    At singles, Steve D'Angelo lost 6-3, 7-5 in the No. 3 spot while Chris Leson dropped his match 6-2, 6-4 in the No. 5 spot. YSU also had to default at the No. 6 spot to give Valpo the 4-0 victory.
