Spring 2008:   Completed the season with an overall record of  7-14 at No. 2, 3 and 4 singles...had conference wins against Green Bay, Wright State and Valparaiso...also defeated Wright State in the third round of the Horizon League Championship...joined teammates Anna Volkova and Hannah Patten at No. 1 and 2 doubles for a combined record 8-13...received her fourth letter.                      

Fall 2007: Finished 7th place in Singles Flight 2 of the Bowling Green Invitational...joined teammate Anna Volkova to finish 6th place in Doubles Flight 1...also played in the Toledo Invitational defeating Valparaiso 6-1, 6-0...concluded the season at the ITA Midwest Regionals...defeated Cleveland State 1-6, 6-4,10-3 in her consolation round of singles and teamed up with Volkova at doubles to defeat The University of Michigan, 8-6.

Spring 2007: Finished the season with a record of 5-11...missed several matches due to injury...played at No. 2, 3 and 4 singles...picked up YSU's only point against Detroit with her 6-2, 6-1 victory at singles...also earned wins against Wright State, Dayton, Robert Morris and UW-Green Bay in the second round of the Horizon League Championships...played with teammates Michelle Fuleky and Irena Lanc at No. 1 and 3 doubles...had doubles wins against Toledo, Robert Morris and Detroit...was awarded her third letter.

Fall 2006: Completed the season with a record of 2-4...picked up a 6-4, 6-4 win in the second round of the Martha Thorne Invitational...also won in the second round of the Youngstown State Invitational 6-1, 3-6 (10-4)...joined teammate Michelle Fuleky at doubles.

Spring 2006: Finished the season with a record of 3-14...competed at No. 1, 2 and 3 singles...picked up wins against Toledo, Dayton and UW-Milwaukee...played with Gina Peretti at No. 2 doubles for a record 8-3. Also joined teammate Allison Day for a win at No. 2 doubles against Wright State...earned her second letter.

Fall 2005: Completed the season with a 6-5 record...won all three rounds of singles at the Wittenberg Fall Invitational...was the only team member to earn a singles victory at the Bowling Green Invitational defeating Bowling Green 2-3, 7-5...teamed with Whitney Thomas, Michelle Fulkey and Gina Peretti for a combined record of 4-6 at doubles.

Spring 2005: Finished with a 10-4 record playing at the No. 4, 5 and 6 spots...earned a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No.4 singles against Robert Morris (3/2)...was 6-1 in Horizon League play...won her final six conference decisions, all in the Spring...won her final seven matches of the regular season...overall, won nine of her final 10 matches...battled through a sprained ankle to beat UIC and Butler...also earned victories against Toledo, Robert Morris, Cleveland State, Duquesne, Detroit, Dayton, UW-Milwaukee and UW-Green Bay...earned her first letter.

Fall 2004: Posted a 3-2 record in dual matches...earned victories against Duquesne, St. Bonaventure and St. Francis (Pa.).

High School: As a junior, was the West Virginia Class AAA State Champion...finished second in the state in doubles that year...was an all-state selection three times...as a senior finished fourth after withdrawing because of an injury...team won the state title her junior year...as a sophomore was second in the state in doubles and singles...coach was Stephanie Workman...competed in numerous ITA events and nation junior tournaments throughout her high school career...also played soccer.

Personal: Parents are William Thayer and Piper Kelly...has two brothers and a sister...born Sept. 14, 1985...major is Journalism...YSU SAAC representative for the 2007-2008 school year.
