Spring 2009: Finished with an overall record of 10-10 at No. 3 singles...had the best record in Horizon League play on the team with a record of 6-2...enjoyed league wins against Wright State, Detroit, Cleveland State, Valpo, Green Bay and Milwaukee...joined teammates Sarah Lynch, Nicole Haralambopoulos, Lauren Hankle and Tanisha Welch at doubles for a combined record of 7-14 playing at all three positions...also picked up an 8-3 win over Butler at No. 3 doubles with Welch in the Horizon League Tournament...earned her second letter.

Fall 2008: Completed the fall season with an overall record of 4-4 at singles...claimed second-place in Flight 2 of the Bowling Green Invitational...also picked up a win in the IPFW Invitational beating Valpo, 7-5, 6-0 in Flight 2...played in the ITA Midwest Regionals defeating Northern Illinois 6-1, 6-1...joined teammates Gretchen Cloern and Tanisha Welch at doubles for a combined record of 2-4.

Spring 2008: Was named to the All-Horizon League Second Team...tied Kelly Culbertson for the best team singles record at 10-14...played at No. 1 singles and doubles...was named team MVP...joined teammates Emily Thayer, Tanisha Welch and Kelly Culbertson for a combined record of 7-16 at doubles...earned league wins against Green Bay, Milwaukee and Valparaiso...enjoyed a four match win-streak mid-season against IUPUI, Albany, St. Bonaventure and Ball State...joined Welch in the Horizon League Championship to beat Wright State and Valpo at doubles...earned her first letter.

Fall 2007: Finished second place in the Bowling Green Invitational in Singles Flight 1...joined Emily Thayer to finish 6th place at Doubles Flight 1...also played in the Toledo Invitational posting a 2-1 record at singles for the weekend...concluded the fall season at the ITA Midwest Regional by beating Michigan 8-6 in the first round of doubles.

High School: Attended Gymnasium #15 where she also participated in gymnastics...tennis coach was Irina Knyazeva.

Personal: Parents are Vladmir and Veronika Volkova...has one brother (Andrey)...attended Marshall her freshman year...major is Business Finance...born July 26, 1988...2009-10 recipient of Lester Donnell Scholarships.
