Ticket Office Information 

Location:
The Athletic Ticket Office is located on the second level of Stambaugh Stadium. The Ticket Office is easily accessible through the red doors in the North end of the Stadium.

Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout the year.
Special hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the week of a home football game.

For Saturday home football games, the ticket office is open at 8 a.m. until 90 minutes prior to kick-off.  At that time, all ticket sales will be at the ticket booths surrounding the stadium.

Purchasing Tickets:
Tickets can be purchased in person at the YSU ticket office during normal business hours or by mailing or faxing your ticket order form to the ticket office. Tickets can also be charged-by-phone at 330-941-1YSU. Tickets can be purchased on line by CLICKING HERE. Orders phoned in less than 10 days prior to the game will be left in the customer's name in the Athletic Ticket Office until 90 minutes before the game.

Method of Payment:
The Ticket Office accepts cash, checks, money orders, or credit cards as method of payment for all season ticket or single game orders. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Payment must be made in full at the time of the order. Credit card payment will not be accepted at the ticket booths.  All ticket sales are final.  No refunds, no exchanges, no returns.

Will Call:
On football gamedays, the Will Call booth is the Northwest most Ticket Booth outside Stambaugh Stadium. Visiting Will Call is located at the ticket booth outside of the East stands.

On basketball gamedays, the Will Call booth is located in the Southeast corner of the arena.

Unauthorized Ticket Sales:
The sale or resale of tickets on YSU property is strictly prohibited and subject to prosecution.

Lost/Stolen Tickets:
Remember that game tickets are like money and should be secured like cash. If your tickets are lost or stolen, call 330-941-1YSU for assistance.

Guests with disabilities:
Arrangements may be made through the YSU Athletic Ticket Office to accommodate fans who require special seating. Accessible seats and spaces for wheelchairs and companion seats are available.
