Finished third in the 200m (24.89)
and fourth in the 100m (12.39) at
the Horizon League Championships ...
posted season-best times of 12.17 in
the 100m and 24.64 in the 200m in
the prelims ... improved her
season-best time by .4 seconds in
the 100m and by two seconds in the
200m at the league meet ... competed
in the 400m for the first time,
placing 22nd with a time of 1:01.27
at the Duke Asics Invitational.
2006-07 Indoor (Sophomore):
Finished seventh in the 60m (8.05)
and ninth in the 200m (26.17) at the
Horizon League Championships ... ran
her second-fastest 60m time of the
year (7.97) to qualify for finals in
the 60m ... posted a season-best
times of 7.92 in the 60m and 25.68
in the 200m at Kent State to finish
second in both events.
2006 Outdoor (Freshman): Earned Horizon League Running Newcomer of the Year accolades after placing
second in the 100m (12.12), third in the 200m (24.83) and running in two winning relays...posted personal-best
times of 12.02 in the 100m and 24.40 in the 200m in preliminary heats at the league meet...qualified for the 2006
Finish Line USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships, where she placed 32nd overall in the 200m against the
top youth competitors in the country...ran the second leg of YSU's 4x400m relay
at the NCAA Mideast Regional...also earned second-place finishes in the 200m at the Sparky Adams Invitational
(4/29) and the Central Collegiate Championship (2/4)...finished ninth in the invitational race of the 200m at the
Raleigh Relays (3/25).
2005-06 Indoor (Freshman): Was named the Horizon League Running Newcomer of the Year with two individual third-place
finishes and a spot on a second-place relay to her credit...placed third in the 60m dash (7.82) and the 200m dash (25.09)
at the championship meet, and anchored the 4x400m relay...posted a personal-best time of 7.77 in the prelims of the 60m...ran
a personal-best time of 24.75 to win the 200m at the Kent State Tune-Up (2/18)...also won the 200m at the Golden Flash Gala in
her first collegiate meet...finished fifth or better every time she competed in the 200m, and she earned three top-five finishes
in the 60m...finished second in the 55m at Robert Morris with a personal-best time of 7.34.
High School: Was a four-year
letterwinner...anchored Lakeview’s 4x200 relay that finished sixth
at state her senior year...also anchored the 4x100 that placed 10th at
state…finished 13th in the 200 at the state meet as a junior with a
time of 26.09...set school records in the 100m dash (12.5), 200m
dash (25.8), 4x100m relay and 4x200m relay...was named Sprinter of
the Year and Gatorade Player of the Year three times...helped lead
the Bulldogs to a TAC-8, Trumbull County and District Championship.
