2008 Outdoor (R-Freshman): Finished fifth in the discus (142-1) and 10th in the hammer (145-1) at the Horizon League Championships ... posted personal-best marks in both the discus (147-5) and the hammer (145-11) at the Sparky Adams Invite .... his distance in the discus earned him fourth place.

2007-08 Indoor (Sophomore): Placed seventh in the weight throw (51-2 1/4) and ninth in the shot put (40-11 3/4) at the Horizon League Championships ... his distance in the weight throw was a personal-best ... earned five top-10 finishes in the weight throw, including a runner-up finish at the Baldwin Wallace Mid January Meet.

2007 Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirted

2006-07 Indoor (Freshman): Placed ninth in the shot put (42-6 3/4) and 10th in the weight throw (47-3) at the Horizon League Championships ... posted a personal-best shot put mark of 42-8 at the Findlay Open ... recorded a personal-best distance in the weight throw with a heave of 47-9 1/4 at the Kent State Tune-Up ... placed sixth in the weight throw at the Baldwin-Wallace Mid-January Meet (47-5).

High School: Was a four-year letterwinner ... placed sixth in the country in the discus at the 2003 Junior Olympics ... set Mahoning County and Federal League records in the discus ... finished third in the discus at the Division I state meet as a sophomore, junior and senior ... was the Youngstown Regional champion in the discus as a junior and senior ... competed at the Midwest Meet of Champions ... was a Vindicator All-Star ... helped lead Fitch to a district title as a senior and a Steel Valley Conference championship as a freshman ... posted a personal-best mark of 178-5 in the discus ... also played football.
