2007-08 Indoor (Freshman): Finished 14th in the 800m at the Horizon League Championships (2:01.00) ... ran the 800m a personal-best 1:59.33 at the Roo Town Open ... was the runner-up in the 1,000m at the Baldwin Wallace Mid February Meet (2:38.84) ... ran the mile in 4:41.25 against Kent State.

2007 XC (Freshman): Was a displacer the first meet ... placed 69th at the Horizon League Championships (29:16.6) ... ran a personal-best 8K time of 28:39 at the Notre Dame Invitational.

High School: Earned eight letters and was a three-time team captain ... set school records in the 800m, the distance medley and the 4x400m relay ... was rewarded for being Clay's top point scorer, Outstanding Distance Runner and Rookie of the Year ... earned first-team all-league honors three years ... was a regional and state qualifier ... also played basketball where he led the team in points and steals ... was on the honor roll and was recognized for perfect attendance.
